We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Service Technician who takes pride in troubleshooting complex HVAC systems, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service to our commercial customers.

Position Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control systems
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate repair findings professionally with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Provide technical support and knowledge sharing with other technicians
Qualifications
- 7+ years commercial HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting skills
- Advanced electrical and refrigeration knowledge
- Experience with rooftop units, package units, split systems, and related equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid California Driver’s License and must be insurable under our auto policy
