Job Description:
The EB&I Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives, processes, and business routines aligned to Employee Banking & Investments priorities. The manager will partner closely with EBI leadership, product, marketing, reporting, and field stakeholders to define needs, build action plans, coordinate communications, monitor progress, and help ensure priorities are delivered with clarity and accountability
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans that support upcoming EBI priorities, initiatives, and growth opportunities.
Translate EBI priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and execution routines.
Identify opportunities to improve alignment, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Lead initiative execution and readiness activities across Employee Banking & Investments.
Develop communication plans, readiness materials, and implementation timelines.
Coordinate initiative logistics and monitor progress against key deliverables.
Ensure stakeholders have the information and resources needed for successful execution.
Partner across EBI and enterprise teams to drive business strategies and adoption.
Collaborate with leadership, product, marketing, reporting, and field partners.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment.
Deliver clear, actionable communications and leadership updates.
Utilize data, reporting, and business insights to support decision-making and measure outcomes.
Monitor initiative performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare executive-ready summaries, recommendations, and status updates.
Support governance, prioritization, and strategic planning routines that drive EBI business objectives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant business experience with demonstrated, tangible results
Proven experience in business strategy, program management, or strategic initiatives
Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated strength in executive‑level presentations, visual storytelling, and strategic design
Strong analytical capability with high comfort interpreting data, metrics, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling recommendations
Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leadership; strong executive presence
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive timelines
Ability to build credibility, drive consensus, and influence across teams and lines of business
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
Thrives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment
Knowledge of Bank of America products, services, resources, tools, and enterprise ways of working
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business routines, communications, or execution planning in a complex financial services environment.
