The Ops Sup Analyst SAFE Act NRZ is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 SAFE Act NRZ serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquires, as needed
• Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests
• Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval
• Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions according to business needs
• Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes
• Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date
• Ensure consistent application of team process controls
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• This position requires the employee to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry ("Registry") and obtain a unique identifier from the Registry before engaging in mortgage loan originator activities, to maintain and renew that registration on an annual basis, to update registration information with the Registry on a timely basis, and to provide that unique identifier to consumers as required by applicable SAFE Act

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Objetivo del puesto Analista de datos - Seguimiento a la Gestión Hipotecario  

Desarrollar, optimizar y automatizar la generación de reportes operativos para el negocio hipotecario, garantizando la precisión, oportunidad y relevancia de la información. Proveer análisis detallado sobre la operación y desempeño de los sistemas de originación, facilitado la toma de decisiones estratégicas y táctica. Se requiere integración de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes, aplicación de metodologías analíticas para la interpretación de tendencias y la visualización efectiva de información, colaborando con distintas áreas del negocio hipotecario. Contribuir en la automatización de la reportería, reduciendo tiempos de entrega y mejorando la confiabilidad de la información.

 

Responsabilidades:

• Generación y optimización de reportería operativa
• Automatización de procesos de reporteo
• Extracción y limpieza de datos
• Monitoreo KPIs Operativos
• Análisis de tendencia operativa
• Colaboración con áreas de negocio
• Mantener vigente la lista de distribución de la reportería
• Entrega en tiempo y forma de la reportería acordada con las áreas de negocio.
• Crear dashboards interactivos para facilitar el análisis y la toma de decisiones
• Identificar patrones en los procesos de originación mejorando la eficiencia y mitigando riesgos
• Escalar oportunamente desviaciones en los tiempos de ejecución que impacten el crédito hipotecario
