Product Owner Traffic

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Owner for a consultancy mission at a client site. The focus will be on the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) program, which is crucial for traffic safety and judicial assignments. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the daily management of cameras and data streams, applications, stabilization, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all traffic-related products have clearly defined requirements and standards. Translate the product vision into a product roadmap.
• Identify tasks, dependencies, and risks; develop and track them in a product roadmap.
• Report progress to stakeholders: status, issues, bottlenecks, risks, and proposed alternatives/mitigations; document decisions and actions (“decision log”).
• Establish and maintain quality management plans to ensure project results meet required standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., end-users) and external partners (e.g., regions, mobility departments, technology and camera suppliers) to ensure the success of various projects.
• Document information in a structured manner to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT projects, preferably within the public sector.
• Experience with project tracking and knowledge management systems (JIRA, Confluence).
• Fluency in French or Dutch, with a strong passive knowledge of the other language.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to translate feedback into concrete actions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support various stakeholders substantively.
• A self-starter with a critical perspective.
• Ability to quickly switch between different topics and adapt to changing priorities.
