Job Description:
Prevencionista de Riesgos
- En Ferrovial Construcción Chile buscamos un(a) Prevencionista de Riesgos para integrarse a un proyecto de alta complejidad, siendo responsable de implementar, controlar y fortalecer la gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) en terreno, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, los estándares corporativos y los requisitos del mandante.
- El cargo tendrá un rol activo en la identificación, evaluación y control de riesgos, supervisando trabajos críticos, realizando inspecciones, auditorías, investigaciones de incidentes y seguimiento de acciones correctivas, con foco en la prevención de accidentes y la continuidad operacional del proyecto.
Requisitos
- Título de Técnico o Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos.
- Experiencia en proyectos de construcción, infraestructura, minería, obras civiles o industriales.
- Conocimiento y aplicación de Ley N° 16.744, DS N°44 y DS N°594.
- Experiencia en gestión de riesgos operacionales, investigación de incidentes y control de trabajos de alto riesgo.
- Conocimiento en elaboración de matrices de riesgos (MIPER/IPER), permisos de trabajo, procedimientos de trabajo seguro e indicadores de gestión.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
- Experiencia en control documental y relación con organismos fiscalizadores, auditorías y gestión de contratistas.
Deseable
- Certificación en Trabajo en Altura.
- Curso de Primeros Auxilios.
- Capacitación en Espacios Confinados.
- Certificación en Izaje Crítico o Rigger.
- Auditor Interno ISO 45001.
- Manejo de Power BI y herramientas de análisis de indicadores.
