WDP is looking for an Early Career Engineer/Designer to join our dynamic team of consultants. We provide creative solutions for new construction and existing structures experiencing leakage, distress, or failures. You’ll gain diverse early career experience in the entire life cycle of a project, from investigation to design to construction administration.  You will receive mentorship from established industry leaders and will be provided with the opportunity and resources to advance your career.  You must demonstrate strong ambition and dedication for a lasting career in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry.

What You’ll Do:

Each day looks different, but you can expect your projects to include a combination of the following:

  • Structural failure investigations 
  • Building enclosure evaluations 
  • Historic preservation 
  • Facade and roofing rehabilitation 
  • Restoration and renovation design 
  • Forensic engineering

Requirements

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building Science, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • 0 to 4 years of related experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Desire to engage in hands-on field investigations
  • Valid driver's license, driving history, and background verifications
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
