The Specialist I, IT Project/Product Management role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within project management. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, bring innovation, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.

• Advanced degree in related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant professional experience aligned with the responsibilities and level of the role.

• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive successful outcomes.

• Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and SAP technologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.

• Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, problem-solving, and customer focus.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
