Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with solid expertise in HR to join our office in Velké Meziříčí, Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary payments.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, and offboarding).
Administer time & attendance data, absences, vacations, sick leave, and other employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor law, payroll regulations, and company policies.
Process payroll-related activities including tax reconciliations, payroll deductions, social security, and health insurance contributions.
Liaise with external authorities, health insurance providers, and other relevant institutions.
Prepare reports, statistics, and payroll analyses for management and government authorities.
Support workforce planning, budgeting, and payroll cost monitoring.
Maintain and update HR and payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide payroll and HR support to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
Your profile
Completed business studies or equivalent qualification, such as certification.
Min. 2 years of experience in payroll or HR
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Solid understanding and experience of payroll and HR processes
Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees.
Proactive approach
Accuracy, reliability, and an analytical approach to daily operational tasks
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Would be an advantage
Knowledge of PlusPortal / WorkDay / Concur
