Position Overview

Join H.B. Fuller as a [Job Title] supporting safe, efficient production operations in a manufacturing environment. This entry-level role helps prepare materials, operate equipment, perform quality checks, and package finished products according to established procedures. Success requires attention to safety, quality, teamwork, and accurate process documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Operate production equipment following work instructions.
  • Monitor equipment performance and production rates.
  • Perform initial product testing and release checks.
  • Verify labels and packaging against specifications.
  • Package finished goods to quality standards.
  • Follow quality, safety, and EHS procedures at all times.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and support supervisor-assigned tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • No prior manufacturing experience required.
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts and authorization to work in the location of employment.

Preferred Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic English comprehension.
  • Experience performing quality or production checks.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
