## What you’ll do:
- The Lead Analyst – FP&A serves as a strategic finance partner supporting Corporate Functional leaders through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The role drives actionable insights, supports informed decision-making, promotes financial governance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and data-driven solutions. The incumbent is expected to influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and collaborate across global teams to deliver business value.
- This position would be an Individual Contributor.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial planning processes for assigned functions.
- Partner with business leaders to provide insights on financial performance, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
- Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making.
- Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and cost optimization efforts through financial analysis and scenario planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate effectively with global finance teams and stakeholders to deliver shared business objectives.
## Qualifications:
- Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferably.
- 9-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience.
## Skills:
- Excellent Analytical skills to interpret financial data, Written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS-Office – particularly Excel, Power Point, Word and other reporting tools
- Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools – ORACLE, SAP, EPBCS, etc..
- Experience with Oracle Financials and SAP preferred
- Adaptable to varying cultures.
