Enterprise Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading reporting activities across a lifecycle from data acquisition through report development and delivery. Key responsibilities include engaging clients to understand needs and contribute specialized reporting knowledge. Job expectations include leading small reporting projects or components of a large project, while leveraging a deep knowledge of the tools and processes that are used to build end-to-end reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights
  • 5+ years’ experience using database software and analytical tools to access large databases including SQL and/or coding experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
  • Strong analytical, risk management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically across businesses to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency
  • Strong partnership and relationship building skills
  • Proactive and organized with attention to detail, strong time management skills and follow through
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SSMS, Oracle, Hadoop, Teradata
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python and statistical methods in understanding relationships in data

Responsibilities:

  • Supports delivery and maintenance of innovative automated business intelligence solutions to support data-driven business decisions
  • Contributes to the delivery of complex technical projects, driving outcomes within one or more components of initiatives
  • Supports the design, development, and maintenance of automated data Extract, Transform, and Load processes from various database platforms, storing data in ‘Fit for Use’ relational tables
  • Provides technical solutions and learns new technology to fulfill the project needs, while keeping current on the latest solutions available in the industry
  • Contributes to the seamless integration and adoption of business intelligence solutions

Pay range

$100,000.00 - $128,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
