• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Unload, sort, and distribute materials, supplies, equipment, and packages to designated departments and storage locations.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and weighing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by labeling, tagging, tracking, and documenting incoming and outgoing materials.
• Process shipment discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, and delivery issues by coordinating with vendors and carriers to achieve timely resolution.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments to internal facilities, external customers, and vendor locations.
• Package, stage, and process returned materials and equipment for shipment back to vendors or other company locations.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, material availability, deliveries, and return requests.
• Maintain organized warehouse, receiving, and storage areas while following safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks including recordkeeping, inventory transactions, shipping logs, and receipt documentation to support daily operations.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

 

Required Qualifications

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, parts room operations, or a related materials management environment.

• Comfortable using computers and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and shipping platforms like UPS and FedEx.
• Experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems to support storeroom operations, inventory control, purchasing, and materials management.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, measurements, and inventory-related computations.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand instructions, complete documentation, and collaborate effectively with employees, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.

• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

Starting Hourly Wage: $28.00 USD

 

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.  You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.

 

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
