Position Overview:  

We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer who is excited to take on our most complex work and pioneer what comes next. This is a hands-on role: you'll design and build our most challenging features from the ground up, and your fingerprint will be all over our client portal – one of the most valuable tools we offer our clients. This isn't a job for someone looking to be an "order taker." We want your feedback, ideas, insights, criticisms, and creativity – all in the name of reaching the very best outcome. 

You’ll have opportunities to interact with all parts of the company, including our executive team – offering you deeper insight into how we work and a real voice in where our portal goes next!  This position runs Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (assuming a 30 min, unpaid lunch), is onsite at our Lititz Headquarters. 

The bulk of your time will be spent working on our proprietary client portal, where the companies we serve manage their compliance programs. 

What You’ll Be Doing (Job Duties) 

• New Feature Development: Pioneer new features for our client portal, taking them from idea through design, build, and launch. 
• Complex Problem-Solving: Take on our most technically challenging work, including complex integrations, performance issues, and data-heavy features. 
• Application Design: Structure new features so they are secure, reliable, and able to grow with our client base. 
• Security & Data Protection: Build with security in mind to protect the sensitive testing and compliance records we handle. 
• Turning Ideas into Software: Translate ideas from the executive team, advisory board, and department leaders into technical solutions, explaining tradeoffs and timelines in plain language. 
• ERP & Website: Contribute to improvements across our ERP system and company website as needed. 
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code, and take part in code reviews. 
• Planning & Tracking: Estimate timelines, track progress against goals and deadlines, and communicate status proactively. 
• Technical Problem-Solving: Help resolve the most complex technical issues affecting operations. 
• Collaboration: Work alongside our Full-Stack .NET Developer and across departments, sharing knowledge and adapting to feedback. 
• Professionalism: Communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and show emotional intelligence in team settings.

Requirements

What We Need from You (Requirements):

Technical Skills 

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including substantial work in C# and .NET Core (ASP.NET Core MVC) 
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex features or applications from the ground up 
• Strong SQL skills, including database design and performance tuning 
• Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript 
• Solid grasp of application security, including authentication, access control, and secure handling of sensitive data 
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs 
• Advanced experience with Git and GitHub, including CI/CD pipelines 

Helpful Skills
The following are “nice to have,” rather than required 

• Microsoft Azure and DevOps experience 
• Experience with HIPAA or other regulated data 
• Experience building client-facing portals or software products 
• Experience integrating or customizing ERP systems 
• Background in healthcare, compliance, transportation, or other regulated industries 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
