This role will lead the end-to-end global transition from Danisco to IFF for Animal Nutrition & Health (AN&H), converting the agreed brand direction into a controlled implementation plan while protecting customer continuity and market access. The role has global, cross-functional and multi-market scope and is accountable for the on-time, coordinated completion of the transition, with clear ownership, timely decisions, effective risk control and evidence of delivery.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Develop and own the integrated programme charter and roadmap, including priorities, milestones, dependencies, budget view and measurable completion criteria.
• Lead coordinated delivery across Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, Technical, Legal, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and digital teams.
• Align Animal Nutrition & Health activation with the Health & Biosciences-led brand positioning, coordinating external agencies and delivery partners as needed.
• Create and maintain a prioritised product, market and asset transition register with clear ownership and completion evidence.
• Protect customer and market continuity by connecting commercial activation with approved regulatory, technical, product-document and digital readiness.
• Run a disciplined governance cadence, maintain the milestone dashboard, decision log, dependency map and risk and issue register, and resolve cross-functional gaps.
• Prepare concise monthly leadership updates and exception-based decision papers that enable timely action and escalation.
• Coordinate the customer and sales cutover plan and confirm formal completion, evidence and handover of transition activities into ongoing business processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple markets and with senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme and project planning skills, including milestone management, dependency mapping, budget oversight and completion tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to translate broad strategic direction into focused, disciplined execution.
• Proven ability to build alignment, drive decisions and maintain momentum without relying on formal authority.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex, changing environments.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce decision-oriented updates for leadership.
• Commercial judgement and sufficient technical and regulatory awareness to connect dependencies and ask the right questions.
• Confidence working with external agencies, contractors and globally distributed teams.
• A degree or equivalent professional experience in business, science, engineering, marketing or a related field.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience in animal nutrition, food or feed ingredients, life sciences or another regulated business.
• Experience with rebranding, portfolio migration, legal-entity change, product documentation or post-transaction integration.
• A recognized project or programme management qualification.
