Líder de Territorio - Guadalajara

Objetivo del rol:

Impulsar el crecimiento rentable del negocio mediante la gestión y desarrollo del territorio de Guadalajara, incrementando las ventas y participación de mercado. Asegurar la correcta implementación de los estándares comerciales, operativos y de servicio de la compañía, fortaleciendo la relación con concesionarios, vendedores y clientes para ofrecer una excelente experiencia de compra.
 
Responsabilidades clave:

• Gestionar el territorio de la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollando planes estratégicos para incrementar ventas y participación de mercado.
• Prospectar clientes potenciales y desarrollar vendedores y acompañamiento en campo.
• Dar seguimiento a indicadores comerciales, competencia y desempeño del territorio.
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de estándares operativos y de servicio en las tiendas/concesionarios.
• Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas comerciales nacionales y locales.
• Implementar planes de expansión y acciones para incrementar el sell-out.
• Administrar el portafolio de productos y apoyar en la planeación de acuerdo con el potencial del mercado.
• Dar seguimiento a los planes estratégicos de cada concesionario, incluyendo mercado, concesión, tácticas y acciones.
• Asegurar la rentabilidad y continuidad del negocio mediante planes de acción y seguimiento oportuno.
• Coordinar programas de capacitación para vendedores y gerentes de tienda.
• Realizar visitas a concesionarios y tiendas dentro del territorio asignado.

Requisitos:

• Indispensable vivir en la ciudad de Guadalajara, y conocer bien la zona en ventas.
• Disponibilidad para estar en campo 70% (Licencia de conducir vigente).
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión y desarrollo de negocios retail/ multicanal. (en Pinturas y recubrimientos, preferentemente.)
• Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas o afines.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, PowerPoint y Power BI.
• Capacidad de Resiliencia y trabajo bajo presión.
