  • Own the preparation and review of analysis, commentaries and investigations required for the Management Review Process (MRP), Flash reporting and other management reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate internal and external audit requests, process walkthroughs and evidence submissions, ensuring responses are complete, consistent, timely and supported by current process documentation.
  • Lead and support projects relating to process improvement, automation, PaPM, SAP S/4HANA, controls, new transfer pricing event implementation and operating-model change.
  • Apply disciplined project management by defining objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, roles, dependencies and success measures; maintain action, risk and issue logs and provide concise status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Drive implementation readiness and change adoption through requirements validation, impact assessment, testing coordination, process documentation, training, handover and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team, strengthen succession and backup coverage, and promote collaboration, accountability, continuous learning and a strong control mindset.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgement to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
  • Amenable to midshift schedule (2pm to 11pm)
