What You'll Do

Summary:

The Bracing & Supports Product Specialist is responsible for providing advanced orthopedic product technical support to internal and external customers, Customer Care Associates, Sales Representatives as well as end-users (patients) via direct calls, teams, faxes and email communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide orthopedic product technical assistance to internal and external customers through emails and phone conversations.
  • Provide product recommendations for customers, end-users and field sales representatives.
  • Troubleshoot product questions and complex issues to provide resolution and improved customer service. 
  • Handle and resolve complex customer issues and escalated customer calls, ensuring effective long-term problem resolution and an improved customer experience.
  • Document and record all injury complaints within Agile.
  • Provide product education to new hired Customer Care Associates, existing Care team members and Enovis employees as needed.
  • Assist field sales representatives with cross references of competitor products.
  • Process casting orders for custom bracing.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales teams on new product launches, product updates, quality issues and general product information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Nursing or related field required
  • Experience working with Orthopedic bracing preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all levels.
  • Proficient in MS office suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • English advanced level: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 5am – 5pm PST.
  • Responsive to urgent needs and demands.
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
