- Prioritize safety and proactively follow safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean job site / vehicles
- Complete Job Site Assessments daily and participate in safety meetings with all crew members upon arrival to job site
- Provide own tools for day to day tasks.
- Maintain company provided tools used for installation in proper working condition
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with all customers, vendors, and team members
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work safely in accordance with OSHA and Company safety standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing up to 75 pounds
- High level of comfort working on roofs and at heights
- Interest in stable employment and career advancement within a growing organization
- Ability to pass a pre-hire and random drug screens
- Clean MVR and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with punctuality, dependability and consistency
