Are you someone who can:
- Is experienced in Pre-Legal Collections business processes and operational requirements
- Superior commitment to excellent customer service
- Facilitates and leads optimal communication structure/processes between internal and external stakeholders as a means of driving performance
- Has receivable and credit management experience particularly in an Early Collections environment
- Leads and partakes in change management efforts for his/her team and the whole department
- Lead a high-performance team of Collectors to take ownership and accountability of the Pre-Legal collections process, with specific focus on Special Arrangements and Debt Assistance to rehabilitate clients
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Law or another Business-related field
- Have over 3 years’ experience in Credit and Collections, with a strong understanding of debt recovery processes and relevant regulations within a banking environment
- Shows leadership qualities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
