Pay Range: $40 - $50 per hour

As a COTA in Home Health, you will:
Provide therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
Assist patients in regaining independence with daily activities
Evaluate home environments for safety and accessibility
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans
Qualifications
Active California COTA License
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a COTA
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Strong communication and organizational skills
