AI Platform Engineer — Enterprise AI Enablement

The Role
Drive Enterprise AI adoption across the organization by administering, securing, and building on top of major enterprise AI platforms. You'll manage platform operations, build autonomous agentic workflows for corporate functions, and ensure governance, security, and visibility across our AI ecosystem. This role spans hands-on system administration, solutions development, and cross-platform reporting, with exposure to multiple enterprise AI vendors and teams across the company.

Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Solutions

• Administer and configure enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) — user provisioning, workspace/console management, integrations
• Design and build agentic workflows and automation solutions for corporate function use cases
• Support platform enablement: onboarding, documentation, training materials, internal adoption programs

Governance & Security

• Manage identity and access controls (provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based permissions)
• Enforce data governance and security policies across AI platforms
• Support compliance reviews, vendor security assessments, and risk mitigation

Observability & Reporting

• Build dashboards and reports tracking usage, spend, and adoption metrics across platforms
• Monitor platform health, performance, and anomalies
• Deliver cross-platform reporting to leadership on ROI, utilization, and risk

Skillsets

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and some level of software or AI agent development
• Familiarity with identity/access management (LDAP/AD or similar)
• Scripting ability (Python, bash) for automation and reporting
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance fundamentals
• Experience with admin consoles, API integrations, or Jira/Confluence administration a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 77,500.00 - 113,630.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 61,200.00 - 89,760.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 56,100.00 - 82,280.00 USD
