Your Role at Vantive
As a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies across Latin America North, ensuring alignment between business objectives, commercial priorities, and the digital ecosystem.
In this role, you will leverage customer, market, and performance insights to drive digital engagement, improve business outcomes, and support the successful deployment of regional and local marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement of digital programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with both global and local business objectives across the LAN region.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of digital initiatives, ensuring performance is measured through relevant KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve customer engagement and business results.
- Partner closely with Commercial teams to support strategy deployment, evaluate lead generation effectiveness, and enhance overall digital performance.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights and communicate recommendations effectively to business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Lead the development of digital awareness, branding, and promotional campaigns while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business priorities and customer needs.
- Support business development initiatives by providing market insights and digital marketing expertise.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer and healthcare provider engagement through innovative digital solutions and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate the deployment of global digital initiatives across multiple business lines within the region.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial teams, medical associations, and industry partners.
- Provide regular updates on digital performance, opportunities, risks, and market dynamics to support informed business decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving execution excellence through effective planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented marketing professional who combines strong digital marketing expertise with a deep understanding of business performance and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing and Commercial functions.
- Experience within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel 30% to 50% of the time across Mexico.
