Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Visitor Management in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming presence, support access control and visitor management, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a positive environment for tenants and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building, verify visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Answer phones, provide directions and building information, receive packages or deliveries as applicable, and communicate professionally with building personnel.
• Monitor cameras, access-control systems, alarms, and/or other security-related equipment; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or access issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
