In this role, you will assist in organising and managing various information sources, while also providing library services, information research, and administrative support to internal users.
In knowledge management at PwC, you will focus on the organisation, creation, and dissemination of knowledge and information within the organisation. Your work will involve developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, processes, and tools to capture, store, and share knowledge effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to identify knowledge gaps, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote industry leading practices to enhance organisational learning and decision-making.
1. Publication Project Coordination and PMO Support
• Support the end-to-end coordination of Thought Leadership publication projects across planning, execution, publication, evaluation and project closure.
• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, action logs, dependency trackers, risk and issue logs, and status reports.
• Translate agreed project scope and key dates into practical workplans with clear activities, owners, interdependencies and deadlines.
• Monitor progress against agreed timelines and proactively follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions and deliverables.
• Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, dependencies and documentation gaps, and escalate issues to the project lead in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain project initiation, kickoff, governance, approval and closure documentation.
2. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
• Coordinate with project leaders, subject matter experts, authors, reviewers, editors, designers, Business Development, Marketing Communications, External Communications and other supporting teams.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and pre-read materials, document decisions, and maintain accurate minutes and action items.
• Facilitate timely communication across project teams and provide concise progress updates.
• Follow up professionally and persistently while adapting communication to different stakeholder levels and project contexts.
3. Documentation and SharePoint Repository Management
• Establish and maintain structured project repositories in Microsoft SharePoint for each publication project.
• Apply consistent folder structures, naming conventions, document versioning, access arrangements and information centralisation practices.
• Ensure project plans, working files, approvals, templates, meeting records and final deliverables are complete, current and accessible to authorised stakeholders.
• Maintain Publication Hub templates, trackers, project records and supporting documentation.
• Support the continuous improvement of Publication Hub SharePoint sites, document libraries and collaboration spaces.
Required Experience and Capabilities
• Prior hands-on experience in a PMO, project coordination, programme coordination or comparable role involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams and deadlines.
• Practical understanding of the project lifecycle and experience developing or maintaining project schedules, workplans, trackers and project documentation.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft SharePoint for repository management, including file organisation, version control, access and collaboration.
• Strong English writing and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare accurate meeting minutes, project updates, action logs, business reports, and other structured project artefacts.
• Demonstrated experience preparing research papers, academic publications, journals, theses, business reports, or other substantial written materials is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to commit to the full six-month internship period and focus consistently on the role during working hours. Candidates may still be completing their studies, particularly those approaching graduation, provided that their remaining academic commitments do not materially interfere with their working hours, responsibilities or six-month commitment. Candidates who have already graduated are also welcome to apply.
