About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect with a strong background in designing, implementing, and leading SailPoint ISC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and proven experience in client-facing engagements, technical leadership, and delivering scalable identity governance solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Proven experience designing and leading SailPoint ISC implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience extending and customizing ISC using:
- SailPoint Rules
- PowerShell scripting
- REST APIs
- Java-based services and integrations
- Strong understanding of JDBC connectors, relational databases, and Web Services integrations.
- Ability to evaluate multiple technical approaches, clearly articulate trade-offs, and guide clients toward solutions that best align with their business and technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex identity and security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment with bi-monthly sprint cycles.
- SailPoint ISC Engineer certification is preferred.
What You Bring:
- Experience leading and mentoring development or implementation teams.
- Prior experience with Agentic AI development or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Strong technical leadership skills, including solution reviews, design decisions, development oversight, and implementation guidance.
- Ability to work effectively with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
