Van-Am Tool & Engineering is hiring a full-time CNC Machinist in Saint Joseph, MO! Enjoy a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with your choice of a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday (four 10-hour shifts), or a 3-day weekend shift, Friday through Sunday (three 12-hour shifts), in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts that support diverse industries. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help ensure we deliver high-quality components every time. What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with strong lathe and CNC machine operation skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and interpret machine drawings and measuring devices. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and working both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication, adaptability, and attention to detail are key to success in this role.
