Lil Ninjas Coach/Instructor

Description

Our Lil Ninjas instructors are fun, energetic, responsible, and encouraging team members who love working with young children ages 0–5. Instructors create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can build confidence, develop motor skills, and have fun while learning through movement and play.

1. Responsibilities include leading age-appropriate classes, activities, and open play while encouraging children to develop coordination, balance, strength, confidence, and social skills. Instructors are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at all times.
2. Instructors must be able to connect with young children and their families, creating positive interactions with both children and parents. They should be enthusiastic, patient, nurturing, and comfortable engaging children at different developmental stages.
3. Instructors should bring energy and creativity to every class, adapting activities to meet the needs and abilities of children ages 0–5 while making sure every child feels successful, included, and encouraged.

Requirements

• Enjoys working with young children, especially ages 0–5
• Fun, energetic, patient, and encouraging personality
• Comfortable leading groups of young children in a fun, active environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both children and parents
• Responsible and attentive to children’s safety and well-being
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to be a positive member of the team
• Previous experience working with children, teaching, coaching, childcare, or early childhood development is preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable being active, getting on the floor, demonstrating activities, and keeping up with young children
• No formal teaching or coaching degree required — we can teach you the Ultimate Ninjas way!
