## The team you will be a part of
The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
## This role in summary
The Innovation Technology Sr. Analyst Engineer will be within the Integrated Tech Innovation Team. This role will be responsible for the development and feasibility of advanced innovation projects
## Your responsibilities will include
- Develop new technologies and/or apply technologies in a novel approach
- Create multiple concepts and progress to Proof of Concept prototypes that address the Voice of Consumer
- Manage and drive technical feasibility assessment and the evaluation of project and technology proposals
- Coach and provide technical mentoring to a team of engineers in multiple disciplines
- Part of a cross functional team to progress new technology development towards scalable solutions
- Support technical and innovation roadmaps
- Contribute to the IP portfolio
## Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of industry experience developing consumer goods products
- Inventor spirit, exceptional problem solving, analytical and critical thinking ability
- Demonstrated technology acumen - expert skill and knowledge in at least one of the following: mechanical structure, heat transfer, sensors, control systems, electronics
- Hunger and proven ability to learn new technical and non-technical approaches
## Preferred skills and experiences
- Creative thinker that seeks to disrupt the status quo, constantly pushing for better ways to stimulate the creative development of ideas
- Experience in Innovation Engineering, applying agile methodologies
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field
- Experience and working knowledge of mechanical systems, sensors and/or control systems
- Experience with globally diverse teams
- Strong independence: capable of working autonomously with limited guidance
- Proficient in Six Sigma, Project Management and Systems Engineering concepts and tools
- Proven experience in definition and generation of sustainable IP portfolio
