Your role As an Power Electronic Product Development Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing power semiconductor modules and semiconductor technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Key responsibilities in your new role Develop  power  semiconductor modules  and semiconductor  technologies  in cross-site interdisciplinary teams Plan and carry out the  electrical and thermal characterization  of the semiconductor devices and modules Evaluate and analyze data , as well as present the results as a basis for decision-making on technical topics Trigger and track the creation, commissioning, and testing  of prototypes  up to the start of series production Create, review, and approve  data sheets  and  test specifications Prepare technical reports Support in change management Your profile You are a motivated and solution-oriented individual with a strong passion for innovation and teamwork. You have a collaborative mindset and  are able to  work effectively with others to achieve common goals. You are also a creative problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. You  are able to  communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field E xperience in electronics product development and electrical engineering A sound knowledge of power electronics / semiconductor components IGBT, MOSFET and diodes Experience in the field of electrical and thermal measurement technology, as well as statistical test planning Familiarity with software for scientific data evaluation Strong English language skills with German language skills being an advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
