Duales Studium Wirtschaftsinformatik – Application Management (w-m-d)

Aufgaben:

• Mitarbeit an vielseitigen IT-Projekten im Austausch mit internationalen Teams in Europa

• Unterstützung des Application-Management-Teams bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmensanwendungen

• Mitarbeit bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen

• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen und Applikationen

• Bearbeitung von Anwenderanfragen sowie Unterstützung im Business Support

• Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen

• Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen

• Analyse von Daten und Erstellung von Auswertungen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen

• Kennenlernen moderner Tools zur Prozessautomatisierung und Mitarbeit an der Digitalisierung von Abläufen

Das bringst du mit:

• Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife mit guten Leistungen

• Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und Informationstechnologie

• Interesse an ERP-Systemen, Applikationen und digitalen Geschäftsprozessen

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten

• Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch auf Englisch
