CSEC  Integrated Research

CSEC Integrated Research is part of the IQVIA Global Primary Intelligence and Primary Market Research Business Unit, that sits within the Commercial Solutions Excellence Centres (CSEC) organisation. We focus on understanding the behaviours and attitudes of Health Care Professionals and patients to support international pharmaceutical companies to understand them as people. This is across the whole of the product lifecycle. We explore and measure what Health Care Professionals and patients say and do to deliver actionable insights and clear answers to our clients’ business questions. We typically use behavioural frameworks, AI tools and IQVIA data to support our research. We collaborate with other IQVIA teams to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions to their business issues.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be managing multiple market research projects of varying complexity and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for high client satisfaction. We need insightful, detail-oriented people who take pride in their work and their relationships, so we can all work together to make a difference in the life science industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design research solutions, including identification of relevant data assets, methodology, samples, questionnaires, discussion guides and other research tools
• Managing consulting and Primary Market Research projects including supporting with the coordination of multidisciplinary teams staffed to the project, such as fieldwork, programming and desk research
• Preparing and analyzing secondary data, desk market research and PMR results to identify key findings and trends
• Creating reports and presentations for end clients and attend, support and present at client meetings
• Managing weekly updates to clients and presenting solutions to any challenges identified 
• Support identifying and driving the innovation of the IQVIA market research offering, by working across the IQVIA organization to bring together best in class solutions. 

Who You Are

• Life sciences degree, preferably with advanced degree
• Previous work experience of at least 3-5 years in market research. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with experience in carrying out consulting and market research projects in the pharmaceutical area at an international/cross-country level.
• Fluent in English 
• Strong knowledge of main Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High skills of interpretation and analysis (quantitative, qualitative and integration of different sources of data assets)
• Exceptional communication skills both at the written and oral level
• The preferred candidate will be creative, dynamic, resolutive, open minded, autonomous and at the same time have great team spirit
