Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $137,200 - $184,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead to recruiting day-to-day operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent in support of business growth. This role manages a team of recruiters and ensures delivery of high-quality candidate experience while meeting hiring objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Recruiters and coordinators.
Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement
Drive standardization and optimization of recruitment processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Lead adoption of recruiting technologies and automation tools.
Improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
Metrics & Reporting
Analyze recruiting metrics including:
Time to Fill
Time to Submit
Offer Acceptance Rate
Candidate Satisfaction
Source Effectiveness
Recruiter Productivity
Develop dashboards and executive reporting.
Recommend process improvements based on data and trends.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Promote employer brand initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
2+ years in high growth and/or company expansions.
5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, supply chain, or high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client Relationships experience.
