The Opportunity:
As the Customer Projects Support you will provide essential support for Laser Group Services projects, coordinating scheduling, administration, invoicing, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer outcomes. Working closely with customers, members, and stakeholders, you'll deliver a seamless customer experience through strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Coordinate projects from quote request to completion and invoicing, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Manage scheduling, invoicing, purchase orders, and project administration.
- Be the go-to contact for project jobs for both customers and Laser Members.
- Track progress, maintain records, and prepare status reports.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support project success.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Location: 1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What we’re looking for:
- 3 - 4 years’ experience project coordination experience, ideally within a service-based or trade industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Customer-first mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administration,
- Experience in project related invoicing and reporting, desirable, however, this can be taught.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and CRM skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems – knowledge of Simpro, advantageous.
