Job Description & Summary

Meet your future team

Join PwC Luxembourg’s Marketing & Communications team, where the website serves as a strategic business asset, a key touchpoint in the client journey, and an increasingly important source of visibility across search engines and AI-powered experiences. You will work closely with content creators, marketers, designers and subject matter experts to shape and optimise the firm’s digital presence.

What your role will look like

As a Senior Web Strategist, you will help drive the evolution of PwC Luxembourg’s web ecosystem. Your role aims to ensure the firm’s web presence remains accurate, discoverable, user-centric and aligned with business objectives, while coordinating website management, SEO strategy, analytics, user experience and emerging AI search trends.

  • Maintain and continuously improve PwC Luxembourg’s external websites to support business objectives and user needs.

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the firm’s web strategy, including SEO, AI-driven search experiences, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

  • Coordinate website updates, content changes, landing page creation and publication workflows across stakeholders.

  • Monitor website, content and SEO performance, analyse user behaviour and engagement metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Advise stakeholders on SEO best practices and identify opportunities to improve discoverability across search engines and LLMs.

  • Improve user journeys, navigation, content architecture and overall website effectiveness through data-driven recommendations.

  • Contribute to website enhancement projects and ensure content quality, consistency, compliance and alignment with brand guidelines.

Your growth and opportunities

You will play a central role in shaping how PwC Luxembourg is discovered and experienced online. Through exposure to web strategy, SEO, analytics, user experience and emerging AI search trends, you will expand your impact across the firm’s digital ecosystem while contributing to the evolution of its online presence.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Management, Communication, Computer Science or a related field.

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, SEO or web strategy.

  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, search engine behaviour and website optimisation techniques.

  • Experience using Semrush, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics and Heatmap tools.

  • Strong understanding of website production workflows and digital project management.

  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development concepts and technical website architecture.

  • Knowledge of UX principles and website best practices.

  • Interest in AI trends and their impact on search, content and digital experiences.

  • Fluency in English

Ways of working

  • Structure complex information, analyse performance data and apply sound judgement to support digital decisions.

  • Collaborate effectively with content creators, marketers, designers and subject matter experts to deliver shared outcomes.

  • Take ownership of web initiatives, continuously improve processes and adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies.

  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.

The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.
