Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming emails in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Complete Oracle credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner
- Complete Service Now credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner
- Manage various reports timely as requested
- Remain current on procedures, training, and system upgrades
Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 0 - 2 years of experience. (Desirable in order management or customer service)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
