American Welding & Gas Inc, has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate in our Groves, TX facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and quickly
- Deliver gas and hard goods to customers.
- Operate forklift in warehouse setting.
- Palletize and label overstock so that it may be handled properly.
- Tag all orders to ensure that the order goes to the proper location for shipping.
- Stock inbound merchandise
- Release and verify validity of inbound purchase orders.
- Properly log and process inbound parcel shipments
- Restock consumables and prepare for the next business day.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Read, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Back up Counter Representative
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug-screen
- Clean driving record 3+ years
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable using computers.
