Forty2 LLC is a boutique property management firm hiring only the highest caliber Pacesetter talent-professionals who EXCEL in leasing performance, team leadership, customer service, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong leasing experience, exceptional follow-up skills, and the ability to coach and motivate teams while consistently achieving measurable results. This position requires a polished professional presence, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to travel extensively to support communities across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute hands on leasing efforts, including prospect calls, tours, applications, follow-up, and lease closings.
- Drive qualified traffic, new leases, renewals, occupancy, and revenue performance.
- Coach, train, and motivate leasing teams to achieve established performance goals and benchmarks.
- Monitor leasing activity, traffic, conversion ratios, and overall team performance.
- Develop strong resident, corporate, and community relationships to generate additional leasing opportunities.
- Conduct competitive market research and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Support corporate outreach, marketing initiatives, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Ensure leasing activities and documentation comply with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure vacant apartments, models, and community areas are market-ready.
- Prepare and review leasing, traffic, pricing, and performance reports and communicate results to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Senior-level leasing experience within the multifamily property management industry.
- Proven ability to achieve leasing and sales performance goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, sales, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software such as OneSite or similar.
- NALP, CAM, or equivalent designation preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
