Are you a passionate senior living leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to lead our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support neighborhoods.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, partner with clinical leaders to ensure outstanding quality outcomes, support occupancy growth, and cultivate a culture centered on resident well-being, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do, included but not limited to:
- Lead day-to-day operations across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support.
- Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and staff.
- Drive occupancy growth through relationship building and strategic business development.
- Enhance resident and family satisfaction through exceptional service and quality care.
- Oversee budgeting, labor management, and financial performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality outcomes.
- Champion a safe, welcoming, and mission-driven environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive results.
- Current South Carolina Nursing Home Administrator and/or Assisted Living licensure preferred, or ability to obtain licensure within required timeframe.
