All about the role:

Develops innovative solutions and approaches to engineering challenges to determine the sequence of steps or processes needed to improve efficiency and productivity of the organization's manufacturing operations.

What you’ll do:

•      Industrialize New Products, according to Electrolux product creation procedures.
•      Coordinate project engineers assigned to the project, in agreement with IME Rayong director
•      Ensure the integration of new equipment in the plant (specifically when it comes to layout, connectivity, material flow, etc.)
•      Supervise tech specs preparation and their alignment to group standards and technology roadmap
•      Supervise supplier offer, checking their adherence to tech specs and to budget amount
•      Ensure the respect of project KPIs: timing, quality, capex, costs
•      Prepare Manufacturing Engineering deliverables for new Product Projects (EPM) and Capex Steering teams.
•      Analyze production capacity, develop plan to shape manufacturing set-up according to strategy.
•      Lead production feasibility analysis in virtual environments and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solution.
•      Research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes.

Who you are:

Education

•     Bachelor ’s Degree or Master, in Engineering or equivalent combined with professional experience in manufacturing

Experience

•     Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at Rayong, Thailand. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
