Responsible for supporting and enhancing global labeling business processes through SAP Global Label Management (GLM) and SAP EHS. Acts as the functional subject matter expert for label management, regulatory compliance, process improvements, system enhancements, and operational support. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive standardized, sustainable, and compliant labeling solutions across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business process owner and SME for SAP GLM, WWI, and labeling-related SAP EHS processes.
• Support global labeling operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient label generation and management.
• Partner with Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for labeling initiatives and system enhancements.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex labeling, master data, and system-related issues with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, testing artifacts, and standard operating procedures.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and business readiness efforts related to labeling and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to business users and less experienced team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology, automation, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting SAP GLM, SAP EHS, or related labeling and compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of labeling, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience leading business process improvements, system implementations, testing, and operational support activities.
• Knowledge of SAP Material Master and related supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and influence cross-functional teams globally.
