Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the purchase order creation and follow-up process for buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Track supplier quotations and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
- Assist in supplier creation and maintenance activities.
- Support the resolution of inquiries from suppliers and internal users.
- Collaborate on supplier development initiatives and related projects.
- Provide support during supplier negotiations and sourcing activities.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports and data analysis.
- Assist with administrative activities related to purchasing and supply chain processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement function.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Active student status with graduation date allowing participation in a 12-month internship program.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday in a part-time internship schedule.
- Advanced English proficiency, including verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using formulas, functions, filters, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Exposure to SAP through academic projects or internships.
- Interest in supplier management, sourcing, or risk assessment activities.
