Schedule: Rotating shift | PRN

Salary range: $56.00 - $59.00 per hour 

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures while preparing operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.
• Perform scrub functions by selecting and handling instruments and supplies used during the procedure.
• Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition while managing overall nursing care before, during, and after the procedure.
• Directly assist the operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
