Group 1 Buick GMC Northis growing and looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our team in representing some of the most sought after cars, trucks, and SUVs in the automotive industry! We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic team members who are passionate about showcasing the advanced technology and driving capabilities of our vehicles. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the lot and showroom floor, building rapport to understand their needs and vehicle preferences
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities through test drives and walkarounds
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through financing and delivery
• Maintain up to date knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and competitor offerings
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to build long term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a high quality customer experience
• Partner with the finance and sales management team to structure deals and close sales
• Accurately maintain customer records and update CRM with all interactions and follow ups

Qualifications

• Automotive Sales experience preferred
• Customer Service Experience
• Automotive Appraisal Experience is Preferred
• Professional Appearance
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Fundamental Computer Skills
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
