IBM Maximo Techno-Functional Project Manager

Senior Maximo Techno-Functional Project Manager / Techno PM
Location:  Must be local to NY/NJ
Work arrangement: Onsite at the customer office 2–3 days/week
Visa: H1,  GC and US citizen.  
Technical requirement: Strong IBM Maximo experience

This position is ok for both contract and full-time. 
Rate: $60-$65/hr on C2C or W2

Technical Skills:

• Technical requirement: Strong IBM Maximo experience
• PM requirement: Strong project/program management background
• Key screening point: Candidate must be comfortable with regular onsite presence, not just occasional travel.

So the ideal candidate is essentially a Senior Maximo PM who can bridge technical Maximo discussions with project management and is comfortable working directly with the client onsite.
 

• Technical Stack:
  • Proficient in Maximo database architecture and SQL (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server).
  • Experience with Application Designer, Database Configuration, Workflow Designer, and Security Groups.
  • Hands-on expertise in Automation Scripting (Python) and Java/MBO framework.
  • Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST, JSON, XML, and OSLC.
• Functional Knowledge:
  • Strong domain understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), plant maintenance lifecycles, inventory replenishment, and supply chain/procurement processes.
• Platform Exposure: Familiarity with newer versions like Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x / 9.x) is a strong plus.
