The Opportunity
As a NextGen Change- Change Management- Experienced Associate, you will focus on helping clients navigate organizational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Within our Workforce Consulting practice, you will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organizational adoption and minimize resistance.

Responsibilities
- Developing change management strategies to support organizational transformation
- Collaborating with clients to assess change readiness and design communication plans
- Conducting change impact analysis to identify potential challenges and opportunities
- Supporting the implementation of human capital initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Designing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies to foster buy-in and minimize resistance
- Utilizing business analysis skills to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making
- Applying organizational behavior principles to drive cultural transformation and adoption
- Engaging in workflow design to optimize processes and improve organizational effectiveness
- Participating in team efforts to deliver quality client support and project outcomes
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering value and adapting to diverse client needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience with change management strategies or related technologies, concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role.
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
