We're looking for experienced intelligence professionals across a range of disciplines, including targeting, mission management, signals intelligence (SIGINT), measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT), open-source intelligence (OSINT), and offensive or defensive cyber operations, including red teaming. You'll bring deep tradecraft in your discipline while collaborating across a broader mission team, working side-by-side with government personnel and fellow analysts to turn raw data and access into actionable outcomes.

You Have:  

• Experience producing analytic products, assessments, or operational outputs that support decision-makers
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines, teams, and stakeholder groups in a large, operational environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities and shifting requirements in a dynamic mission environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in intelligence targeting, mission management, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT or all-source analysis, or offensive or defensive cyber operations, including red teaming or penetration testing, or 9+ years of experience in intelligence targeting, mission management, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT or all-source analysis, or offensive or defensive cyber operations, including red teaming or penetration testing, in lieu of a degree

 

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience as a trained and deployed operator within the intelligence or special operations community, coordinating persistent collection operations, or serving as a mission or collection manager
• Experience with targeting tools such as Analyst Notebook or TargetProfiler
• Experience with SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, or another intelligence collection or analysis discipline
• Experience with offensive security operations, red team or purple team methodologies, or tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, or Burp Suite
• Experience with defensive cyber operations, network security engineering, or vulnerability assessment
• Knowledge of standard intelligence systems and tools, the intelligence planning process, and the national IC community
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• OSCP, OSWE, GXPN, or similar Certification
• Completion of an Intelligence Specialty Course
• Graduate of a Joint or Service Targeting School such as JTS or CTC

 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
