## This role in summary

Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for a 3rd Shift - Senior Operations Analyst (Superintendent) opening to join our KitchenAid Team located in Greenville, Ohio.

This position will provide leadership in strategic decision making as well as manage operational excellence. This role requires leadership of an operations function utilizing world-class manufacturing methodology to deliver key business metrics. This position is responsible for managing processes and people to meet metrics inclusive of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

## Your responsibilities will include

• Oversee all of the activities on 3rd Shift required from Operations, Quality, EH&S Maintenance, Materials, in order to achieve the results required vs our KPI Targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.

• Serve as the key communication link with the other shifts to facilitate smooth transition of data and clear communication of issues.

• Lead and execute actions coming from the Safety Walks on the shop floor to ensure safety and ergonomics of our people.

• Make sure we are addressing with the support of the Team the quality issues and analyzing root causes to avoid repetition.

• Deliver the Level Plan volume in an efficient way according to our Operational Plan, ensuring the coordination of the run plans and scheduling.

• Control the cost of Manpower (HPEU) with proper utilization of resources according to the RTR guidelines.

• Deliver Cost Saving Projects according to the targets assigned to the resources on that shift.

• Deploying and cascading our Leadership Model and Values to ensure the improvement of our working culture, mindset and People overall Engagement.

• Making sure the escalation process is done whenever critical situations arise during the shift that would require additional support.

• Drive continuous improvement utilizing WCM Tools.

• Actively coach and provide feedback to peers, subordinates, and others as appropriate developing future talent.

• Build organizational capability through proactive coaching of the direct reports on skill-building and career development.

## Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience

• 3+ years of experience leading people in a Manufacturing environment

## Preferred skills and experiences

• WCM Knowledge (World Class Manufacturing knowledge)

• 3+ Years as an Operations Supervisor

• Project Management skills

• Strong Data Analysis skills

• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Autocad, SAP and Google

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict to a resolution
