Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)

East Bay Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional nursing team. If you are passionate about providing outstanding resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while working alongside a caring team of healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Take and document vital signs accurately
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
Qualifications
Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional resident care
