Our Global Claims Quality Assurance, Governance & Training team helps AIG deliver consistent, high-quality claims services around the world. Working with colleagues across the business, we identify opportunities to improve how claims are handled, ensure compliance with requirements, provide training and education to claims staff, solve problems and deliver meaningful improvements for our customers.

 

Within our Performance team, you will use data, technology and problem-solving skills to help make our process more efficient and effective, contributing to real improvements in claims quality and outcomes.

 

About the AIG Early Career Programme

How you will make an impact

• Learn about the insurance industry, claims processes and quality assurance
• Help identify problems and opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our claims services
• Analyse data and identify trends to help understand performance and support business decisions
• Contribute to projects that develop practical solutions, improve processes and deliver measurable results
• Explore how the latest technology and digital tools can help us work smarter and improve claims outcomes
• Work with colleagues across the globe and with external stakeholders to support improvements and see the impact of your work.
• Support our claims colleagues with being compliant with legal, regulatory and best practice requirements
• Create, deliver, record, monitor and report on claims-related training and education initiatives
• Create and deliver stakeholder reporting and output

 

You may also have the opportunity to spend time with our technical claims teams to develop your understanding of insurance coverages and claims handling.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than July 2027.
• Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector
• Evidence of extra-curricular activities

• A collaborative team player with strong communication and relationship building skills.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Motivated, proactive, and accountable
