Indulge your passion…

• in Strategy & EOL Optimization: Develop further our global Outlet strategy, streamline Special Sales and stock reduction processes, and create creative, sustainable solutions for End-of-lifecycle products.
• in Assortment & Inventory Management: Oversee the Outlet classification for discontinued products, manage phase-out lists, validate discount/stock requests, and coordinate cross-market stock rebalancing alongside the Supply Chain team.
• in Global Market Enablement: Lead dedicated market calls across Europe, Americas, UAE, North & South Asia to drive KPI achievement through allocation strategies, pricing/promo actions, and clear process alignment.
• in Analytics & Dashboarding: Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, perform Pareto analyses to spot bestselling vs. slow-moving stock, and provide data-driven insights to Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders.
• in Training & Lateral Leadership: Share EOL know-how across departments, train global markets on phase-out management, and onboard new colleagues into EOL processes.

You’ll have…

• Professional experience in Sales Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Commercial Analysis
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-oriented mindset with the ability to turn numbers into practical solutions
• Proficiency in reporting and warehouse management tools (e.g., Looker, SAP Warehouse Management, Excel)
• Deep understanding of stock distribution logic, global storage structures, pricing, and discount dynamics
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with strong lateral leadership and collaboration competencies
• Self-confident, assertive, and proactive approach to decision-making and cross-functional bridge-building
• High empathy, team spirit, and passion for sharing knowledge and training others
